? Integrated Health care program: ESA believes that prevention is better than cure. Through this program we impart health education through information dissemination, awareness generation, motivation, trainings and organizing health care camps on concurrent health issues. Mother and child health care and population education are the thrust followed by school health education, nutrition education and promotion, education on sanitation and hygiene practices.

? Community Organization and Education: ESA organizes various awareness and orientations programs for imparting different skills and building knowledge of the people for promotion of formal and non formal education and also to Organize community on issues of common concerns such as community organization, Panchayat Raj, Woman and Child Development etc. ESA creates awareness motivation among parents and children for education. We impart pre-primary education, non-formal education for the drop outs and adult?s education. To enhance the status of women the community is sensitized on the gender issues. The orientation and training in imparted to Men and women animators /volunteers in sustainable social / village development.

? Sustainable livelihood: ESA take initiative on strengthening the capacities of the families and community based organizations at grass root level through orientations and trainings for management of groups and micro entrepreneurship development for food security. The education and awareness is imparted on Biodiversity and water resource development, sustainable agricultural, horticulture, social forestry and water harvesting measures are initiated for creating an environment for sustainable livelihood.

? Community based disaster preparedness: Many times ESA has responds to suffering victims of natural and man made disasters. ESA promotes Community based disaster preparedness and its intersection with long term development planning, with this orientation we try to promote this issues on common concerns with other like minded civil society organizations. The working experience and work done by ESA is shared with them for both way learning?s and experience sharing. We organize workshops, trainings, and awareness and education program for community, volunteers and civil society organizations.
