Facilities
Services of professional handling agents to take care of transportation of exhibits to the conference venue and back, handling of any frontier formalities, placing of exhibition stand and all formalities for return of equipment will be provided on request.
General Terms and Conditions
The exhibition may be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to any cause, whatsoever, beyond the control of the organizers. The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature including order or directives imposed by any government authority. In such events, money will be refunded after consideration of expenses or commitments. In all matters, not specially provided for, the decision of the Conference Organizer shall be final and binding.
Cancellation
(a) For cancellation requests received on or before October 01, 2007, 50% of the amount shall be refunded.
(b) No refund or cancellation shall be made for requests received after October 01, 2007. |
